Information we may collect

Name, contact number, email, requested loan amount, annual income, outstanding loan amount, comments, application context, and — with your consent — Singpass/MyInfo data.

How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, assess lender fit, communicate with partner lenders where relevant, improve the Loanify service, prevent misuse, and meet operational or legal requirements.

Sharing

We may share relevant information with partner lenders and service providers for loan matching, application handling, communication, hosting, security, analytics, and operational support. We do not sell borrower information as a standalone product.

Retention and protection

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed for matching, follow-up, records, dispute handling, and legal or operational purposes. We take reasonable steps to protect personal data from unauthorised access, use, or disclosure.

Correction and withdrawal

You may contact Loanify to request access, correction, or withdrawal of consent where applicable. Withdrawal may limit our ability to continue matching or following up on your enquiry.

Singpass/MyInfo

If you choose to apply with Singpass, your MyInfo particulars are retrieved only after you consent on Singpass's own screen, and are used solely to prefill your application and support lender assessment.
